Returns Policy
We want to ensure that your purchase arrives on time, safe and sound, and as you intended however on the odd occasion our best efforts can fail us.

UK Returns Process
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a full refund on any products. The product should be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date and received back in its original packaging and be fit for re-sale. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns for international customers, however, if an item is faulty please do contact us.
We will be happy to exchange items to UK addresses within our returns policy period. If you need an alternative item, please contact us with details of the product you would like to receive.
All returns where an exchange is not acceptable will be refunded to the account used for the original purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of goods returned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
